This applies to all services provided by the community: Discord, TeamSpeak, Websites, CAD/CMS/Radio, In-Game, etc. Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal at staff discretion.
- Treat everyone with respect at all times, regardless of race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, creed, religion, age, disability, national origin, opinions, or any other protected characteristic.
- Maintain constructive and mature communication:
- No spamming messages, mass pinging roles/members, or disruptive behavior.
- Address issues or concerns calmly, without personal attacks, disrespectful language, or drama.
- No bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeting of any kind.
- Zero-tolerance policy for all forms of harassment and discrimination (including but not limited to racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, religious discrimination, etc.). This includes:
A. Unwelcome sexual advances, sexually graphic comments (spoken, written, or messaged), suggestive/offensive images/graphics, or sharing sexually suggestive materials.
B. Racial slurs, derogatory terms, racially antagonistic comments, or related “memes.”
C. Any other unlawful or offensive behavior that creates a hostile environment.
- No member may represent the community improperly to outside servers/communities or engage in behavior that reflects poorly on us.
- Cheating or exploiting is strictly prohibited (e.g., bypassing/abusing permissions, manipulating AFK timeout scripts, or using unauthorized mods/tools).
- All members must follow Discord Community Guidelines while using our servers.
¶ Content & Posting Standards
- All content shared in the community (messages, images, GIFs, memes, videos, links, voice clips, etc.) must remain respectful and safe for work (SFW) at all times. Specifically:
a. No pornographic, sexually explicit, suggestive, or NSFW material (including text descriptions, emotes, or roleplay references to sexual acts).
b. No violent, graphic, gory, or disturbing imagery/content.
c. Avoid controversial, inflammatory, or divisive topics/discussions that could harass or alienate members.
d. Profanity should be limited and never excessive or targeted.
e. All posted media (images, GIFs, videos, etc.) must comply with the above—no exceptions.
- Anyone experiencing or witnessing harassment, discrimination, or serious misconduct must report it immediately to Internal Affairs.
- Reports are handled promptly, impartially, and confidentially.
- Confirmed violations result in appropriate action.
- Retaliation against reporters or anyone opposing discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a separate serious violation.
- If a Staff or Admin sees something that could be detrimental to the community, they are obligated to take proper action or inform an Admin or Head Administration.
